During the month of November our preschoolers will learn about the life of David.  God had a plan for David, and it centered on David choosing to do the things God wanted him to do.   They will learn that God also has a wonderful plan for them and they can choose to do what He wants them to do.  

Grades 1 - 5 will study the exciting book of Exodus.  They will learn that they can use their talents in ways to please God, and that they can trust God to care for them and to provide for their needs. 

October 1 - November 30
"Upward Basketball & Cheerleading Registration" -  Mt. Harmony Baptist Church is excited about our Upward Program and we look forward to having your children join us this Winter as we add Basketball and Cheerleading.  Upward is designed to give children and their families a positive sports experience through character building, self esteem, and salvation.  Registration is underway and the final registration deadline for Pre-K thru 6th Grade is November 30.  Don't wait until the last minute - Register Now!

Upward Soccer Celebration & Fellowship - Join us as we celebrate the end of the Upward Fall Soccer season.  We will have a special service at 4 PM that will include songs, a brief message, Upward Celebration, and a special guest entertainer for all ages.  Afterwards the entire church is invited to a sandwich and dessert fellowship where you will have an opportunity to get to know the Upward children and their parents.

Mt. Harmony offers a wide variety of activities for children from birth to 5 th Grade in the Preschool and Children's Ministries.   Our goal is to help families have happy Christian experiences through the many opportunities offered for children at Mt. The Preschool & Children's Ministries are led by the Director of Preschool & Children's Ministries – Suzanne Brown.   Suzanne and her husband Don have been active members of Mt. Harmony since 1971. After serving for many years in Sunday School, Vacation Bible School, Children's Choir, and WMU, Suzanne joined the staff in 1994 as the Director of Preschool & Children's Ministries.

Suzanne has a special love and concern for the children of Mt. Harmony and the community, realizing that so much of what we become spiritually is manifested in the childhood years.
