Randal became the pastor of Mt. Harmony in August, 2008.  After earning a BBA degree in Marketing/Merchandising from Georgia Southern in 1980, he answered God's call to vocational ministry.  Randal attended Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary where he earned the Master of Arts in Religious Education.  In December of 2006, he graduated from SWBTS with a Doctorate in Educational Ministry. 

Randal has been in the ministry since 1986, having served churches in North Carolina, South Carolina, Florida, Texas, and now Georgia in the areas of pastoral ministry, education and church administration.  Randal is married to Cathy and they have two grown sons, Geoffrey, a student at SWBTS and Ryan a student at Palm Beach Atlantic University.  

Eddie has been a member of the Mt. Harmony staff since 1997.   He attended Trinity College majoring in Communications before earning an Associate in Music degree from the New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary.

Eddie and his wife Jodi have three children, Carrie, April, and Miagan.

Suzanne has been a member of Mt. Harmony since 1971. Having worked in Sunday School, Vacation Bible School, Children's Choir, and WMU, she joined the staff in 1994 as Director of Preschool and Children's Ministries.   Suzanne has completed numerous local, state, and national study courses, including the Billy Graham Christian Life and Witness classes.

Suzanne and her husband Don have three children, Jeff, Amy, and Jill.

Jason Powell has been a member of the Mt. Harmony staff since 2008.  He earned a Bachelors degree in Criminal Justice from the University of Southern Mississippi and a Masters of Divinity in Collegiate Ministry from the New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary. 

Jason is married to Amanda.
